La La Land
An unforgettable journey through a magical city where love, passion, and dreams come together!
Director: Damien Chazelle
ABOUT
La La Land
La La Land begins on a freeway in Los Angeles, where it all started. One day during heavy traffic, following a defiant honk, Sebastian and Mia—both trying to find their way in life—meet. Both are focused on their dreams, which seem nearly impossible. Sebastian is trying to get people in the 21st century to care about traditional jazz music, while Mia simply wants to try her luck at an open casting call. But neither of them expects to take the leap they’ve been waiting for—alone. The real leap they make is toward each other, into the realm of their artistic dreams. By creating a cinematic world true to the nature of this union, it takes us on a breathtaking journey through light, colors, sound, music, and words—toward the happiness we strive to capture and the heartbreaks of passions we can never fully overcome. "La La Land," a film destined to join the ranks of cinematic legends, is a real yet magical universe brought to the big screen by director Chazelle—a world that delves into the most intimate parts of the human soul, where genuine relationships are explored and personal dreams and decisions intersect with fate.
